Day 33: Feeling Unusually.... Good :)
For the strangest reason, I woke up this morning feeling reaaly good about myself. I'm npt back to 174 so hopefully next there will be a video showing my progress thus far. This is a short post but I thought I'd update for that one person who many come by to read this blog post. :) But yeah.... my motivation is really up right now and I think I'm even gonna start going back to the gym. "Baby steps" I always say :)

Day 26: I'm soo sick with myself!
Okay so basically last time I checked I'm back to 177 pounds. I haven't been doing so well and I'm disgusting myself. So here is my LIFE PROMISE to myself. In the year 2011 I will eventually be 40 punds lighter. My deadline I'm giving myself is until June 6th and.... at 6pm. I will turn the devil's number into one of the happiest moments of my life. :) On that day and time I will have overcome one of the biggest challenges in my life.
So as of today I'm preping for my LIFE PROMISE!!

Day 17: Feeling Good :)
I don't know exactly why BUUUUUT :)..... I'm in a REALLY good mood... just about everything. Before I get into how I did health wise with eatting and everything, school was really wonderful today. I think I aced my spanish test, it was perfect weather outside, I had a cute outfit and I found out my AP European Civilization Assesment is only gonna be half the work it was supposed to be so thumbs up to me!!! haha.
Now back to the healthy stuff. So I'm kinda ashamed to say that I have not been eating perfect in the morning before I leave for school, BUT usually around my second period class, which is around 9:30 am., my friend has extra food she gives me which is like an apple, grapes and some fruit juice :) it pretty taasty. So that qualifies as breakfast in a way, right? Lunch is at 12, but I'm normally not haungry again that soon. I ate again once I got home around 3:45 and had corn and one serving (I think :P) of pasta.
My dad went out later for Wendy's but I ask him to get me a chicken sandwitch- he got me two- and mandarin oranges. I know according to their website I had 790 calories worth of food from there alone, which isn't terrible since I think I had no more than 600 calories through out the rest of the day. So around 1400 calories isn't that bad. I'm Happy. :D

Day 15: Okayy... I'm Back
Okay I've been bad by not keeping up with my blog but I promise it WILL get better. The last week has just been crazy when it comes to school work so I really couldn't find any time to set aside :P Also last weekend I went to Knots Berry Farm with the family and I gained 2 pounds so I wasn't even too much motivated to go to the gym or blog. I know... I know... I know... I should stay motivated and honest. But since then I have lost 1 pound :) so I'm at 175. Hopefully sometime later today I will get a weigh-in video up on here as well as on youtube... so look out for that! HERE'S TO NEW BEGINNINGS!!!!

Day 6: Slowly but...... Slowly! URG!
NEGATIVE: The last few days have been going pretty well, I've lost 3 pounds since I started on Sunday putting me at 174. I feel like I should be happy but I keep thinking how, if I could of stuck to my diet before I could have been at 165 or better. My problem is that I always shoot myself in the foot and setting myself back.
POSITIVE: Yesterday me and my friend decided to go to a Zumba class at our gym we're both signed up at. It was really fun :) But I didn't really feel challenged... I felt like it wasn't intense enough. But it was super fun. And my eating habits have been better which I'm proud of. My goal is to be in the 160's by the time next week's weigh in rolls around, which will be on Saturday. I still have two days before its time for this weeks weigh-in so I'm gonna keep on track. WISH ME LUCK :)

Day 3: Short Sweet and To the Point
Okay so basically another good day of eattin, if not better. I had oatmeal again for breakfast but I had a smaller portion this time (1/3 cup instead of 1/2). For lunch i had a bagle with cream cheese and for dinner I had steak and pesto pasta. Now I now that not fantastic choices for dinner but it is better than yesterday because after I posted my blog after dinner I had like 4 slices of white bread just because I got bored. So I'm not gonna eat anything later and I think that will be an improvement from yesterday. :) Oh and the gym later on tonight with my mom so I think thats why I don't feel completely about my dinner.

Day 1: So far So good
Okay so today I decided not to go to the gym today but I did eat pretty good.
- Oatmeal w/ cinnamon and 1 hard-boiled egg
- turkey sandwich on wheat bread w/ mayo
- 2 baked chicken thighs, green beans, and 1 slice of bread

Day 0: Get Ready... Set... GO!
The first thing you need to know about me and my weight, is that the two of us have never seen eye to eye,... and for good reason. MY WEIGHT SCARES ME! It has intimidated me for the better part of my fifteen years on this earth, and whenever my weight and I have to battle it out, my weight always wins. What really pisses me off is that I let my weight win, almost as if without putting up a fight. I just... give up, as simple as that, and it makes me SICK. Things are gonna be different now, hell, things already have changed. 1. I've done my research to find out what reasonable goals I need to be setting myself to keep motivated. 2. I'm actually scheduling-in my exercise time, not just fitting it in where I find time. 3. I've acknowledged foods I need to more AND less of. This is important because, I think a major factor in changing my life is going to be still being able to enjoy the foods I love.... just in moderation. This is kinda how I came up for my title "Live 2 Love*Love 2 Laf". I'm gonna live my life so I can finally start loving myself and other around me more, and I'm gonna learn that loving myself means being able to laf about my mistakes so they don't get the best of me.
