Day 1: So far So good

Okay so today I decided not to go to the gym today but I did eat pretty good.
  • Oatmeal w/ cinnamon and 1 hard-boiled egg
  • turkey sandwich on wheat bread w/ mayo
  • 2 baked chicken thighs, green beans, and 1 slice of bread
So I'm pretty happy with myself for offical day one. Tomorrow I plan to go to gym... I love the elliptical!!!!  Let me know what you do for cardio when you have a busy schedule :)
