New Tracker!!!

Okay so I got this off a youtube from probably 2 months ago and thought i sounded pretty cool.  So all I did was take a bunch of sticknotes and pined them to my pin- up boards with 4 push-pins holding each note in place.  As I lose pounds I take out one push-pin and once I lose another complete five pounds I take down the whole sticky note.  Even though you can't see it... on the back of each stickynote is somthing motivational to keep me losing weight. So when I lose 5 pounds I just flip over the sticky note and place it back on board so I stay motivated.

Sorry I haven't been updating my blog lately, I've been very busy with school, friends, family and my job :P Also I've gained like 2 or 3 pounds.  Not very happy about... but it happens.

Day 3: Rule Breaker

Okay so I have this problem where I always weigh myself.  Not more than once in a single day but just about everyday at least (maybe skipping one or two days at the most).  Now I know everywhere you read people are saying DON'T do this! ITS NOT GOOD!  I find it actually really helpful.... especailly when I think i've been doing very well. :) Here's my logic: when I weigh myself everyday it show me either how well I'm doing and keeps my motivation up for the rest of the day.  Like today :D I got down to 172.2.  Or it will show me how much is over doing it and I can correct my choices I make.

OH and I know I've been bad... soo... New video update coming this weekend.  I think I'm gonna start calling them:

"Shocking Saturdays!" no? yes? haha let me know :)

And one more thing today I don't if I did so good with my eating :P Maybe I did.
- 9-10 slices of mango
- 4-6 chucks of pineapple
- a bagel with cream cheese (no more than 550)
- 6 pc Chicken McNugget (280) and small fries (230)

Day 33: Feeling Unusually.... Good :)

For the strangest reason, I woke up this morning feeling reaaly good about myself.  I'm npt back to 174 so hopefully next there will be a video showing my progress thus far.  This is a short post but I thought I'd update for that one person who many come by to read this blog post. :)  But yeah.... my motivation is really up right now and I think I'm even gonna start going back to the gym.  "Baby steps" I always say :)

Day 17: Feeling Good :)

I don't know exactly why BUUUUUT :)..... I'm in a REALLY good mood... just about everything.  Before I get into how I did health wise with eatting and everything, school was really wonderful today.  I think I aced my spanish test, it was perfect weather outside, I had a cute outfit and I found out my AP European Civilization Assesment is only gonna be half the work it was supposed to be so thumbs up to me!!! haha.

Now back to the healthy stuff. So I'm kinda ashamed to say that I have not been eating perfect in the morning before I leave for school, BUT usually around my second period class, which is around 9:30 am., my friend has extra food she gives me which is like an apple, grapes and some fruit juice :) it pretty taasty. So that qualifies as breakfast in a way, right? Lunch is at 12, but I'm normally not haungry again that soon.  I ate again once I got home around 3:45 and had corn and one serving (I think :P) of pasta. 

My dad went out later for Wendy's but I ask him to get me a chicken sandwitch- he got me two- and mandarin oranges. I know according to their website I had 790 calories worth of food from there alone, which isn't terrible since I think I had no more than 600 calories through out the rest of the day. So around 1400 calories isn't that bad. I'm Happy. :D
