Okay so I have this problem where I always weigh myself. Not more than once in a single day but just about everyday at least (maybe skipping one or two days at the most). Now I know everywhere you read people are saying DON'T do this! ITS NOT GOOD! I find it actually really helpful.... especailly when I think i've been doing very well. :) Here's my logic: when I weigh myself everyday it show me either how well I'm doing and keeps my motivation up for the rest of the day. Like today :D I got down to 172.2. Or it will show me how much is over doing it and I can correct my choices I make.
OH and I know I've been bad... soo... New video update coming this weekend. I think I'm gonna start calling them:
"Shocking Saturdays!" no? yes? haha let me know :)
And one more thing today I don't if I did so good with my eating :P Maybe I did.
- 9-10 slices of mango
- 4-6 chucks of pineapple
- a bagel with cream cheese (no more than 550)
- 6 pc Chicken McNugget (280) and small fries (230)
